About the Role:

We are building AI-native discovery experiences across Mobility and Delivery. This role involves defining and leading the foundation model strategy for search, recommendations, and conversational AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end technical strategy for foundation models.
  • Drive architecture decisions influencing multiple product surfaces.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives spanning Retrieval, Ranking, Personalization, and LLM-powered assistants.
  • Mentor senior engineers and act as a technical multiplier.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • 8+ years of ML experience, including work on large-scale deep learning systems.
  • Expertise in transformers, retrieval systems, and ranking architectures.
  • Strong experience with PyTorch and distributed training.
