Staff Machine Learning Engineer

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

What You'll Do:

1. Build statistical, optimization, and machine learning models.
2. Develop innovative new earner incentives.
3. Optimize onboarding funnel and background check spend.
4. Design recommendation engines and matching algorithms.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ML system development.

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD in a related field.
• 7+ years of industry experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, Java, C++.
• Experience with Spark, Hive, Kafka, Cassandra.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Publications at recognized ML conferences.
• Expertise in modern deep learning architectures.
