Sr. Product Designer - Seller Tech

This role is based in New York, San Francisco, or Chicago.

Compensation:

$162k-$200k/year depending on location.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of seller and seller-facing experiences across Uber Delivery
• Help define UX strategy, principles, and patterns for Seller Technology
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Enablement to shape solutions
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, usable experiences
• Use data, feedback, and judgment to continuously improve the seller experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio
• Proven ability to lead design efforts end-to-end
• Experience designing enterprise, platform, or internal tools at scale
• Demonstrated systems thinking and ability to balance user needs with operational constraints
