USD$171,000 - USD$190,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of data scientists located in the US and India.

2. Participate in the technical solutioning and execution of the data science roadmap.

3. Collaborate with finance, engineering, product, and data science teams to design and productionize data science solutions.

4. Mentor and develop team members through effective coaching and performance management.

5. Present findings and solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • M.S. or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of industry experience as a data scientist.
  • Experience managing a small team of Data/Applied Scientists.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in finance or related domains.
  • Experience developing forecasting or anomaly detection models.
