Senior Recruiter, GTM

This role is based in multiple locations including Dallas, TX; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; and San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

USD$107,000 - USD$119,000 per year for Chicago and Dallas; USD$119,000 - USD$132,000 per year for New York and San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

• Advise hiring teams and own recruitment strategy.
• Support GTM hiring across Uber Eats and Delivery.
• Partner with sourcing and hiring managers to build teams.
• Work on strategic projects to improve recruitment processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in full-cycle, high volume recruiting.
• 2+ years in GTM or commercial recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred.
• Experience with ATS like ICIMS.
• Strong data interpretation skills.
