  • Lead end-to-end hiring for complex and senior GTM roles across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leaders, influencing hiring decisions.
  • Build and execute scalable sourcing and engagement strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality hiring experiences.
  • Identify and address process inefficiencies.
  • Mentor and collaborate with peers to elevate TA excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth industries.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate them into business insights.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, international environments.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Energy, positivity, curiosity, and drive are essential.
