Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for complex and senior GTM roles across multiple EMEA markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leaders, influencing hiring decisions.
- Build and execute scalable sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality hiring experiences.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies.
- Mentor and collaborate with peers to elevate TA excellence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth industries.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate them into business insights.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, international environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Energy, positivity, curiosity, and drive are essential.
