Senior Program Manager - Strategic Merchant Projects

This role is part of the Community Operations Delivery Team, focusing on high-priority strategic projects to enhance the merchant experience for Uber's Online Food Delivery, Grocery, and Retail Stores.

Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation of YUMS initiatives within the US and Canada.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and operational handoffs.
• Define KPIs and success metrics, partnering with Analytics to measure impact.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend scalable solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years in project/program management or consulting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or business.

Compensation:

Salary range: $116,000 - $143,000 per year depending on location.
