Senior Program Manager, Driver Experience - EMEA Mobility CommOps

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

1. Shape & implement long-term strategy for driver support topics and policies.
2. Operationalize driver-focused strategic initiatives, prioritizing impact and solving bottlenecks.
3. Drive alignment among stakeholders on initiatives to improve driver experience.
4. Act as the voice of drivers, delivering insights and uncovering opportunities for improvements.
5. Own OKRs and driver support metrics for CommOps EMEA.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the technology sector.
• Extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Empathy and understanding of driver partners and riders.

• Ability to self-serve and investigate data.
• Excellent organizational skills and calm under pressure.
• Natural curiosity and innovative problem-solving.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
