Compensation:

$190,000 - $211,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify levers to maximize driver success and business value globally.
  2. Guide the expansion and tuning of Uber Pro updates.
  3. Align with teams across Uber, including Engineering and Data Science.
  4. Translate user needs into product requirements.
  5. Collaborate with other Loyalty teams on the loyalty tech platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience building consumer products, particularly mobile user-facing products.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Experience with reward systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in workforce management.
  • Understanding of marketplace mechanics.
  • Program management experience for scaled technology products.
  • Experience launching products from 0-1.
