USD$180,000 - USD$200,000 per year
About the Role:
The Rider Design team is looking for a Senior Product Designer to focus on web experiences and craft scalable solutions. You will define end-to-end web experiences and influence product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver innovative and elegant designs that are scalable and thoroughly documented.
- Work on projects of varying complexity, leading the roadmap in your product area.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, incorporating feedback and translating designs to engineers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain strong team relationships.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- Experience building products for desktop and mobile web.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality UI and UX work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience with storytelling and prototyping.
- Familiarity with designing across physical and digital touchpoints.
