USD$180,000 - USD$200,000 per year

About the Role:

The Rider Design team is looking for a Senior Product Designer to focus on web experiences and craft scalable solutions. You will define end-to-end web experiences and influence product strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative and elegant designs that are scalable and thoroughly documented.
  • Work on projects of varying complexity, leading the roadmap in your product area.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, incorporating feedback and translating designs to engineers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain strong team relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product design experience.
  • Experience building products for desktop and mobile web.
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality UI and UX work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with storytelling and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with designing across physical and digital touchpoints.
