Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is USD$267,000 per year - USD$297,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow teams of security engineers, define strategy for product security and offensive security, evolve AppSec and DevSecOps programs, build AI red-teaming capabilities, and oversee security programs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in security engineering
- 3+ years managing security teams
- Experience in application & product security, offensive security, penetration testing, and bug bounty programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AI red teaming
- Understanding of GenAI and LLM architectures
- Experience securing cloud-native systems
