About the Role:

Recruiter to support Uber's Marketing, Policy & Communications teams by managing the full-cycle recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for specialized roles.
  • Partner with leadership to create talent strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Use data to manage hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on offer negotiations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hiring for Marketing, Creative, Public Policy, or Communications.
  • Expertise in creative sourcing and stakeholder management.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS or similar platforms.

Compensation:

Salary range: $87,500 - $108,000/year based on location.
