About the Role:
Recruiter to support Uber's Marketing, Policy & Communications teams by managing the full-cycle recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hiring for specialized roles.
- Partner with leadership to create talent strategies.
- Proactively source and engage talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build diverse talent pipelines.
- Use data to manage hiring processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on offer negotiations.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hiring for Marketing, Creative, Public Policy, or Communications.
- Expertise in creative sourcing and stakeholder management.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with iCIMS ATS or similar platforms.
Compensation:
Salary range: $87,500 - $108,000/year based on location.
