Compensation:

Base salary range: $87,500 - $108,000/year based on location.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process for specialized roles across Marketing, Public Policy, and Global Communications.
  • Partner with leadership to co-create talent strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage talent through headhunting and networking.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience reflecting Uber’s brand.
  • Build diverse pipelines and implement inclusive hiring practices.
  • Use data and market insights to manage hiring health.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Compensation partners for offer negotiations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for Marketing, Creative, Public Policy, or Communications functions.
  • Expert-level skills in creative sourcing and networking.
  • Ability to communicate Uber’s mission effectively to candidates.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple high-priority searches.
  • Familiarity with iCIMS ATS or similar platforms.
