About the Role:

Oversee key strategic functions and processes for the B2B Marketing team, including team planning, budgeting, and stakeholder presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support bi-annual team planning processes and annual marketing budget planning.
  • Develop marketing-first strategies for B2B business priorities.
  • Track budget and expenses, ensuring alignment with annual plans.
  • Facilitate presentations for executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain project trackers and calendars across teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy & planning or management consulting within a marketing organization.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing planning processes and B2B marketing.
  • A collaborative teammate with strong analytical skills.
