Compensation:
USD$130,000 - USD$144,000 per year
About the Role:
Oversee key strategic functions and processes for the B2B Marketing team, including team planning, budgeting, and stakeholder presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Support bi-annual team planning processes and annual marketing budget planning.
- Develop marketing-first strategies for B2B business priorities.
- Track budget and expenses, ensuring alignment with annual plans.
- Facilitate presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers and calendars across teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy & planning or management consulting within a marketing organization.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing planning processes and B2B marketing.
- A collaborative teammate with strong analytical skills.
