Compensation:

Salary range: $194,000 - $240,000 per year depending on location.

About the Role:

Uber’s Legal Operations team seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Legal Matter Management program and platform, focusing on user-centric, AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for the Legal Matter Management Platform in Salesforce.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
• Transform complex user requirements into user-friendly solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop AI-driven capabilities.
• Engage with senior leadership to align on strategic priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in legal product development and data-driven practices.
• Experience with AI models and predictive modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Legal Matter Management platforms like Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
