Lead Product Manager, Global Cart & Checkout

Location:

Multiple locations: New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Sunnyvale.

Compensation:

Base salary range: USD$190,000 - USD$211,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own the Cart & Checkout experience end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and outcomes.
  2. Define and evolve the long-term vision for how customers review orders, understand pricing, and complete purchases.
  3. Drive improvements to conversion, revenue, and trust through experimentation and customer insight.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  5. Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and results clearly to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, owning large-scale, consumer-facing products.
  • Proven experience driving end-to-end ownership of complex user flows with measurable business impact.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, including experimentation and funnel optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead highly cross-functional, ambiguous initiatives at scale.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience owning checkout, payments, pricing, or monetization surfaces.
  • Background in marketplace, e-commerce, or on-demand delivery product.
