Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is USD$252,000 per year - USD$280,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the global product strategy and roadmap for Moto.
  • Lead and develop a team of PMs.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver features.
  • Drive growth and retention in core markets.
  • Optimize the two-wheel experience through algorithms.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience in consumer product roles with strong UX instincts.
  • Hands-on experience with marketplaces or ranking-based systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international markets.
  • Familiarity with mobility or logistics platforms.
  • Technical fluency in matching and pricing systems.
