Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is USD$241,000 - USD$268,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to craft vision and strategies.
  • Set quality standards and help product teams achieve them.
  • Hire and coach designers, fostering their development.
  • Champion user problems and run design reviews and sprints.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Product Design experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with mobile apps, tablets, and web interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Long-term strategic thinking.
  • Experience in user research and data science.
  • Track record of mentoring designers.
  • Experience in multi-sided marketplaces or AI is a plus.
