Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is USD$241,000 - USD$268,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to craft vision and strategies.
- Set quality standards and help product teams achieve them.
- Hire and coach designers, fostering their development.
- Champion user problems and run design reviews and sprints.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Product Design experience.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with mobile apps, tablets, and web interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Long-term strategic thinking.
- Experience in user research and data science.
- Track record of mentoring designers.
- Experience in multi-sided marketplaces or AI is a plus.
