Executive Sourcer

This role is based in New York, New York or San Francisco, California.

Compensation:

USD$131,000 - USD$145,500 per year

Responsibilities:

• Drive research strategy, candidate identification, engagement, and talent management for senior searches.
• Collaborate with Executive Recruiters to execute the search process from start to finish.
• Conduct preliminary phone screens to qualify candidates.
• Create job specifications and maintain candidate databases.
• Identify and track relevant companies for market mapping.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of executive research, sourcing, or recruiting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-growth technology firms.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
