Executive Recruiter

This role is based in San Francisco, California.

Compensation:

USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year

Responsibilities:

Attract and recruit executives for Director+ roles across the Technology team, oversee tech executive hiring, and support the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience in recruiting, particularly in Tech.
• Experience in executive search or senior individual contributor roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-growth technology firms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
