Engineering Manager II - Earner Progression

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of exceptional engineers to design and deliver high-impact technical solutions to complex business problems.
2. Drive organizational and technical strategy and roadmap ownership over a multi-year horizon.
3. Collaborate closely with Product, Science, Operations, Design, and other partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years in the industry with 4+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience in large-scale distributed production environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with ML solutions at scale.
