Compensation:

USD$135,000 - USD$150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document complex workflows to ensure high-quality technical designs.
  • Lead AI-enabled initiatives and establish clarity for new tech.
  • Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications.
  • Use analytics to track platform performance and user adoption.
  • Test projects and workflows end-to-end to validate functionality.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to stakeholders across teams.
  • Identify and resolve configuration issues proactively.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Atlassian ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud.
  • Proficiency in system design and configuration.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tools in production.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with deployments of 50,000+ users.
  • Technical depth in automation and development experience.
  • Advanced Rovo expertise and direct administration experience with Jira and Confluence.
