Wellbeing Program Manager, EMEA & AMS

This role is based in London.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of wellbeing initiatives across Trust & Safety.
• Manage a portfolio of Global Wellbeing projects, ensuring alignment with priorities and operational needs.
• Establish and maintain clear processes for consistent program delivery.
• Use data to assess program performance and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program management of corporate health and wellbeing projects.
• Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors and external providers.
