This role is based in London as a Third-party Associate.

Responsibilities:

The UK MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team is responsible for onboarding and educating new sellers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning data-driven seller growth programs from onboarding to maturity.
  • Improving seller fulfilment and buyer experience metrics.
  • Building dashboards to track seller health and guide decisions.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to deliver program impact.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations. Strong analytical skills and project management experience are essential.
