Compensation:

$77969 - $101334 annually

Responsibilities:

Support the development and coordination of product launch readiness programs, manage global and regional projects related to customer experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and track key metrics.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• 1+ years in operations or related roles
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
