TikTok Shop - Service Solution Program Manager

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage product or service launch readiness programs. Manage global and regional projects related to TikTok Shop partners and customers. Proactively identify problems and perform root cause analysis. Take ownership of end-to-end project management and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in operations, program, or project management in the tech industry.
• Proven experience in managing projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
