Responsibilities:
- Drive comprehensive Voice of Customer programs to align service insights with user behavior analysis.
- Develop program solutions based on customer service feedback.
- Present feedback results to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Develop innovative solutions to reduce complaints and simplify customer problems.
- Partner with internal and external teams to improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in program management or customer service.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
- Ability to influence without direct ownership.
- Experience in a fast-paced tech environment preferred.
