TikTok Shop - Senior Program Manager - Seller Live Growth, UK

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

- Own and drive data-driven, full-funnel seller live growth programs from early-stage to maturity.

- Drive livestream auction GMV through high-potential seller identification & acquisition.

- Identify merchant pain points and define lifecycle growth strategies using data.

- Partner cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end program impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in e-commerce operations or commercial roles.
• Proven experience in designing and executing end-to-end operational or growth programs.
• Strong data skills (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets).
• Solid understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
