TikTok Shop - Seller Growth, Project Intern (MAI EU), 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in London and requires a commitment of at least 3 months.

Responsibilities:

- Design detailed execution plans for seller growth programs based on team direction and strategic goals.
- Manage end-to-end execution of the programs, including implementation into internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand upcoming changes, align on timelines, and provide actionable feedback or suggestions.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage sellers effectively across various channels.
- Analyze program performance, generate insights, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Create and manage content plans for seller communities and actively engage with sellers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or above, graduating summer 2026 or later.
- Solid data literacy with the ability to conduct complex business analysis.
- Experience with content writing for outreach or community posts.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
