TikTok Shop - Seller Governance Program Manager, EMEA

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of seller lifecycle governance strategies and roadmaps to minimize ecosystem risks and improve seller performance. Drive end-to-end large-scale governance programs, analyze ecosystem data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, operations, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
