Responsibilities:

The Seller Experience Team is dedicated to enhancing the experience throughout the entire seller journey on TikTok Shop, from onboarding sellers to optimizing logistics and providing comprehensive seller education. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and scaling educational programs for sellers.
• Creating systematic solutions to improve seller experience.
• Managing key projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conducting seller experience research and data analysis.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include excellent public speaking skills, strong analytical skills, and experience in project management. Preferred qualifications include experience in seller experience or governance-related topics.
