TikTok Shop - Merchant Acquisition Specialist, Project Intern (MAI EU), 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This role is based in London as a Project Intern with the Merchant Growth team at TikTok.

Responsibilities:

- Support EU seller lead generation, qualification, segmentation, and other lead management tasks using a data-driven approach.

- Assist in creating seller outreach materials.

- Manage and monitor seller growth programs.

- Help with seller troubleshooting and community engagement.

- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or above, graduating summer 2026 or later.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated.
• Skilled in Tableau/Power BI and MS Office; SQL or Python experience is a plus.
• Collaborative and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
