Responsibilities:

Monitor knowledge dashboards, identify gaps, audit knowledge portals, track metrics, and improve SOPs. Analyze training needs, develop materials, and assess training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in knowledge management or operational training
• Experience with SOPs and learning management systems
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
