Compensation:
$88,920 - $159,600 annually
Responsibilities:
- Manage escalated seller and creator inquiries through the oncall ticket system.
- Identify root causes of issues and provide resolutions.
- Monitor performance metrics and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Create and manage SOPs and enhance processes.
- Engage with sellers and creators to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in customer service/support.
- Experience in managing escalations and process optimization.
- Data-driven problem-solving skills.
