Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Product Operations, CRM, or Program Management.
- Proven track record in omni-channel customer communications.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in managing external reputation initiatives.
