Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve customer segmentation frameworks.
- Lead development of customer experience strategies.
- Translate behavioral data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Partner with various teams to embed segmentation into product flows.
- Identify friction points and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in customer strategy or related fields.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
