Responsibilities:

- Support the activation and incubation of e-commerce creators in new markets, assisting in strategy formulation and backend configuration of creator operation tools.

- Participate in creator community management, including campaign planning, community engagement, and incentive design to improve creator activity and growth.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance creator experience and optimize overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Currently studying Undergraduate/Master students, able to commit to 20 hours per week for over 4 months.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and adaptive to quick changes, eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think creatively, logically, and structurally.
  • Ability to support EU markets including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in content e-commerce or creator operations.
  • Familiarity with creator ecosystems or community management.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
