TikTok Shop - Arbitration Program Manager

This role is based in Seattle.

Compensation:

$80169 - $91200 annually

Responsibilities:

- Analyze data and review user and merchant feedback to identify issues in platform disputes.

- Assist in documenting and improving after-sales dispute guidelines and service workflows.

- Support efforts to enhance platform experience by reviewing policies and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

- Monitor key business metrics and assist in tracking follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in operations, program, or project management.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience in LLM application and understanding of e-commerce platform rules preferred.
