Technical Product Manager - Trust & Safety

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end content safety for TikTok GenAI products, driving cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Algo, Policy, and Operations teams.

- Build and scale automated safety evaluation pipelines, and define robust, future-proof safety strategies for GenAI products and new feature launches.

- Use data, model signals, and user feedback to proactively detect, prioritize, and mitigate safety risks.

- Lead complex technical programs across multiple teams, including roadmap definition and execution tracking.

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development cycles and enhance robustness of safety systems.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or AI/ML product development.

- Hands-on experience with AI systems and tools.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technical programs.

- Working knowledge of GenAI systems and safety challenges.
