Tech Lead, Machine Learning Engineer - TikTok-Data-Search-NLP

This role is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$244800 - $450000 annually

Responsibilities:

Participate in the improvement of the search core algorithm, including content understanding/matching, user behavior modeling, and video understanding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or advanced degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of related industry experience preferred.
• Experience in NLP, ranking, ads, search engines, recommender systems, distributed systems, and machine learning is a plus.
