Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Global Payment (Third Party Associate)

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of mid to senior positions.
• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies and optimize current processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
