This internship is based in London and offers hands-on experience in the Talent Acquisition field.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process, including gathering position requirements, promoting open positions, screening, and onboarding.

- Source and build pipelines of candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and TA Partners on hiring needs.

- Support new projects and optimize current processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree at a UK university, graduating on or after 2026.
  • Preferred experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Language skills in German and French are required.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
