Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

This internship is based in Seattle and requires a commitment to a 6-month full-time work period during the summer of 2026.

Compensation:

$23.75/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Assist in developing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of technical talent.
• Engage passive candidates through various channels.
• Participate in refining sourcing processes and tools.
• Support talent acquisition projects such as organizing virtual hiring events.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• High motivation to learn about recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship experience in HR or recruiting is preferred.
