Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

This role is based in San Jose, CA.

Compensation:

$25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Assist in developing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of technical talent.
• Engage passive candidates through various channels.
• Participate in refining sourcing processes and support talent acquisition projects.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• High motivation to learn about recruitment.
• Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship during 2026 Summer.
