Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

This internship is based in Los Angeles, California.

Compensation:

$23.75/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Assist in developing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of technical talent.
• Engage passive candidates through various channels.
• Participate in refining sourcing processes and tools.
• Support talent acquisition projects, including organizing hiring events and data gathering.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Motivated to learn about recruitment in a tech environment.
• Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship during Summer 2026.
