Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

Location: Los Angeles

Compensation:

$23.75/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Assist in developing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of technical talent.
• Engage passive candidates through various channels.
• Participate in refining sourcing processes and tools.
• Support talent acquisition projects, including organizing virtual hiring events.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Motivated to learn about recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to a 6-month full-time work period during Summer 2026.
