Talent Acquisition Partner - TikTok Local Services - Singapore

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within Local Services.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Use recruitment data to contribute to workforce planning and identify talent gaps.
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• Attract and close high-caliber candidates, meeting hiring targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, particularly for Sales and Marketing roles.
• Experience in recruitment process optimizations and leveraging market insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
