Talent Acquisition Partner - TikTok Local Services - Los Angeles

This role is based in Los Angeles.

Compensation:

$97470 - $165680 annually

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Local Services roles, from job descriptions to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Use recruitment data to contribute to workforce planning and build a talent pipeline.
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in Sales and Marketing.
• Experience in recruitment process optimizations and leveraging market insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
