Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$77970 - $125400 annually

Responsibilities:

• Lead communication with external vendors and ensure timely documentation.
• Manage job postings and conduct Recruiter phone screens.
• Review recruitment matrices in a compliant manner.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
