Strategic Growth Program Manager Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in London and requires a commitment of at least 3 months.

Responsibilities:

The UK MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, focusing on onboarding and educating merchants. Key tasks include:

• Designing and executing growth strategies for sellers.
• Delivering performance targets and analyzing seller outcomes.
• Identifying high-potential sellers and accelerating their growth.
• Developing scalable solutions to address seller pain points.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to align on goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, data literacy, and a strong understanding of the UK e-commerce ecosystem. Preferred qualifications include experience managing multiple sellers and strong collaboration skills.
